Making A Purchase

Browse our Gallery and select the item you would like to purchase. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Switch or American Express using our secure on-line facility. Alternatively, you can process your payment via RBS Worldpay.

If you prefer to order by 'phone please contact us on 0845 2600 380 between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

Shipping And Handling

Postage and packing is free within the UK.

Products are shipped either by Royal Mail or designated carrier dependent on weight and/or value at our discretion.

Orders to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland will be charged at cost.

Delivery Schedule

Orders for prints will normally be delivered within 10 working days. They will be carefully rolled and despatched in reinforced cardboard tubes to avoid damage and despatched by 1st class Recorded post.

Orders for greeting cards will be despatched within 10 working days by standard Royal Mail post.

If due to excess demand an item goes out of stock we will advise you and give you the option to change or cancel your order.

Refund Policy

Tax Charges

All orders made from the UK or the European Union will be subject to the standard rate of VAT being applied. All other orders outwith the European Union are exempt of VAT.

Credit Card Security

Credit card numbers are encrypted. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee that our products are of the highest quality. Limited and open edition prints are supplied directly from the artists publishers and printed on high quality fine art paper. All limited edition giclee prints are printed on a top quality natural white mould-made fine art paper which is 100% acid free. Similarly, all frames and mounts are supplied from leading producers and made up by experienced professionals in specially designed art framing workshops. We are committed to providing a top quality product to all our customers.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or arriving in anything other than perfect condition, please contact us by email at info@cachetuk.com quoting your order number and you will receive instructions for either a return or refund.

All items leave our premises in perfect condition, so please do not accept or sign for delivery of an item which is obviously damaged. If it is not possible to replace the original order you will be asked to select an alternative or request a refund.

If the product proves to be defective, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please note that goods despatched to you by courier must be returned by an approved courier. They must also be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. Upon safe receipt of the package we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Unwanted goods i.e. prints, greeting cards, may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (cooling off period), however this will not include return carriage/postage costs. Full refunds will only be provided if the goods are in saleable condition. Please note that mounted and framed products are manufactured specifically to order and are therefore not subject to the above cooling off period.

Remittance Terms

You can pay by all major credit cards listed using our secure on-line facility. Alternatively, you can process your payment via RBS Worldpay or PayPal.

Once funds have been cleared via the above process your goods will be despatched within the sheduled delivery times.
