Postage and packing is free within the UK.
Products are shipped either by Royal Mail or designated carrier dependent on weight and/or value at our discretion.
Orders to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland will be charged at cost.
Orders for prints will normally be delivered within 10 working days. They will be carefully rolled and despatched in reinforced cardboard tubes to avoid damage and despatched by 1st class Recorded post.
Orders for greeting cards will be despatched within 10 working days by standard Royal Mail post.
If due to excess demand an item goes out of stock we will advise you and give you the option to change or cancel your order.
All orders made from the UK or the European Union will be subject to the standard rate of VAT being applied. All other orders outwith the European Union are exempt of VAT.

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or arriving in anything other than perfect condition, please contact us by email at email@example.com quoting your order number and you will receive instructions for either a return or refund.
All items leave our premises in perfect condition, so please do not accept or sign for delivery of an item which is obviously damaged. If it is not possible to replace the original order you will be asked to select an alternative or request a refund.
If the product proves to be defective, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please note that goods despatched to you by courier must be returned by an approved courier. They must also be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. Upon safe receipt of the package we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Unwanted goods i.e. prints, greeting cards, may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (cooling off period), however this will not include return carriage/postage costs. Full refunds will only be provided if the goods are in saleable condition. Please note that mounted and framed products are manufactured specifically to order and are therefore not subject to the above cooling off period.
