New Releases for June 2007 – Adrian Smart - Working Dogs We are delighted to introduce the work of Adrian Smart to our portfolio, whose exceptional images of working gundogs in action capture the moments after retrieval. Adrian studied Graphic design at Reigate Art College and worked for 12 years in London design and advertising agencies before specialising in fine art. A lifelong passion for wildlife has been expressed through his photo-realistic work, derived from experimenting with different applications of acrylic paint to canvas including fine brushwork and airbrush. Paintings are painstakingly reproduced from photographs and still life reference, blending sharp and soft focus to create a very photo-real image of the subject. Cachet (UK) Ltd continues to develop its range of traditional, collectable fine art prints with the emphasis on country life, depicting typical rural and farming scenes, and country sports such as hunting, shooting and fishing. Images are available as print only, mounted or framed.
